The Central Coast AirFest is an annual high-energy, family-friendly, weekend-long airshow that takes place at the Santa Maria Public Airport. With the goal to appreciate sponsors and increase exposure, the weekend is typically kicked off with an evening gala for V.I.P. sponsors that transitions into a day-time casual event.

Soarin' 40s

With our team spearheading this year's V.I.P. Sponsor Gala, we coordinated event setup and logistics, organized sponsor outreach, and created the live program and themed decor. The sponsors were able to fly back in time for a sophisticated 1940s evening featuring a buffet dinner, live jazz music, games, and great company.

Welcome to

the Speakeasy

This year's V.I.P. Sponsor Gala was 1920s-themed, which featured a cocktail reception, fire dance performance, pyrotechnic parachuters, buffet dinner, and live music. In addition to planning this evening, our team coordinated the day-time V.I.P. area that granted sponsors exclusive access to a shaded tent right by the runway with complimentary breakfast, lunch, and drinks.
